To celebrate the 2022 Taoyuan Reading Festival and the soft opening of the new Taoyuan Main Library, we launched the exclusive “Carousel Wonderland.” Featuring a romantic white-and-gold carousel paired with a festive balloon party, the installation invited the public to experience the elegance of the new library through a joyful celebration.
