籌劃執行全英文國際論壇，負責整體活動設計與現場執行。論壇邀請來自臺灣、日本、韓國的公民團體與學術專家，從性別角度觀點，分享其經驗與交流見解，並聚焦於三大主題－女性在公共與政治參與的關鍵角色、如何促進多元參與，以及女性在社會變遷中扮演的積極角色，促成跨國經驗的深度交流。

Orchestrated an all-English international forum, managing both visual identity and on-site execution. The event invited civic leaders and academic experts from Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea to exchange insights on women’s leadership, inclusive participation, and social transformation. This forum successfully facilitated profound dialogue and regional cooperation.
